The dish is a powerful one, with five fist-sized pieces of fried rice on top of the onion-sweet, lard-scented, moist fried rice. The volume of the dish is surprisingly large, but when you eat it, you can’t help but smile at the crispy outside and juicy inside of the fried chicken.

Other menu items include a large serving of curry with pork cutlet for 650 yen and thick-skinned gyoza (dumplings) for 350 yen. and “Can you really afford this? Even if you eat a full meal, you will be happy to have change for 1,000 yen.
